Understanding the basics of fitness is critical in taking responsibility for a healthy, active lifestyle. This 24 hour workshop is designed to stand on its own (for those interested in self study) or be combined with one of the specialty modules (for leaders seeking certification).

Please note: The FT is a pre-requisite for all specialty courses except the CSEP Certified Personal Trainer® (CSEP CPT) and CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist® (CSEP CEP) certifications.
