The aim of this course is to provide fitness professionals the knowledge in how to safely assess clients, and provide strategies in order to optimize programming.
Training is not a one size fits all approach, it must be tailored and customized to each individual’s needs. This will provide safe efficient programming which will reduce injury and enhance performance.
Common injuries and mobility issues will be highlighted and addressed. Protocols in myofascial release will be implemented by using a variety of tools such as lacrosse balls and mobility bands.
By the end of the course all participants will confidently understand how to assess correct movement in addition to designing a customized program for their clients.
