The FNB Personal Training Certification will teach aspiring coaches using an individualized approach, how to educate and motivate their clients according to their specific health and fitness needs. 
This two-weekend course will provide the basic skills to design safe, effective exercise programs, and provide guidance to help clients achieve their personal health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.
